->Sparta Kim Jong Kook fanmeet showcase in Singapore



Known as Running Man’s commander, or kookie (as he prefers), had a fan meet showcase in Singapore on the 22nd February and had 1680-seats all filled up. Fans of Kim Jong Kook were actively cheering for him throughout the entire showcase and Kim Jong Kook confessed that the turnout made him nervous. 

As promised by the commander, he agreed to inform the Running Man directors of his experience and hopefully get the crew to film in Singapore another day. 
Following his introduction is a few session of games with lucky fans that got to interact with the man himself on stage. 

During the “flamingo” game, the objective is to push the commander out of the box by holding up one of their legs. The winners walked away with a lucky picture taken with Kim Jong Kook

At the second game, 12 lucky fans had a chance to play tug-of-war with the commander. 
Known as the commander with incredible strength, everyone else predicted that Jong Kook would easily win the game. However, Jong Kook lost to all of them, intentionally, or he might not have fully recovered from his leg injury. Halfway through the game,
 “why am I doing this?” 
Jong Kook who confessed that he has never done such a thing on stage. The fans got a picture with Jong Kook and one of the groups walked away with a sign from Jong Kook and also a personalized name tag.
" I prepared a lot of songs and this is my first overseas performance so I’m not sure what I should sing…” 
 and eventually introduced his next song “Saying I Love You” and mentioned that Yoon Eun Hye  (from X-Man) featured in the MV.

“I hope you see you again, hopefully with the running man members”
says the man himself. Finally, Kim Jong Kook performed the highly anticipated song “Lovable” and had the fans singing along with him. The night has almost ended until the fans shouted encore and Kim Jong Kook brought out his last song “One Man”.
